• JBCC Principal Building Agreement Ed. 6
  This is the latest edition of the PBA that was published in 2014 and is now the industry standard in South Africa. Extensive investigation by the Joint Building Contracts Committee has seen the introduction of a number of new and innovative clauses. Those who have become comfortable with the content and layout of the older editions will need to study and get to know the new edition. This guide follows the format and structure of the new agreement. New Edition 6 of the PBA is included in the guide.

  Although superseded by new Edition 6, this agreement will continue to be used by those who are familiar with and respect Edition 5 and may be reluctant to use new Edition 6.   This is the latest edition of the NSSA that was published in 2014 and is now the industry standard in South Africa. This agreement is not as straightforward as it should perhaps be and it is recommended that Subcontractors, Contractors and Principal Agents should subscribe to this guide. This guide follows the format and structure of the new agreement. New Edition 6 of the NSSA is included.
• JBCC Nominated/Selected Subcontract Agreement Ed. 5
  This guide is essential for those involved in contracts where Edition 5 is still being used. The content of this guide is divided into sections relevant to Principal Agents, Contractors and Employers and includes Edition 5 of the NSSA.
• Masterbuilders South Africa Domestic Subcontract Agreement 2014 Ed.
  The MBSA Domestic SC Agreement follows the 6^th Edition of the JBCC Nominated/Selected Subcontract Agreement but has been amended to cater for situations where subcontractors are appointed as domestic ones rather than as nominated or selected subcontractors under the PBA. This guide is essential for subcontractors, particularly those who are busy and cannot find the time to scrutinize long and complicated agreements
