What is the scope of the guides?

Although the guides deal with most of the terms of the agreements they are mainly focused on issues where notices are required in accordance with the provisions of the JBCC Agreements.

What do the guides contain?

The guides contain advice on the most important terms of the agreements. For ease of reference the guides also include a copy of the relevant agreement. Hyperlinks to the clauses in the agreement make for very convenient navigation around the guide. Each guide is about 50 pages in length with about 80 model notices and letters.
